In India, your order will be delivered in one week, while in other countries, it will take 28 days.

You can choose any one of the delivery options;

a.      Store pickup

b.      DTDC

c.       DHL

d.      Post Office

2. Return/Cancellation

We will issue return only if the product is damaged from our side. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. We would need the original unboxing video and proof of purchase.

You can start a return by sending a WhatsApp message or calling +91 95445 33336. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will be rejected.

We'll let you know if your return/cancellation was accepted or not once we've received and inspected it. If you are authorised, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Terms & conditions 

We don’t accept returns or Refunds for our products except in the case of

Major Damage /Wrong item sent(Size different from the order)

In case you face a situation as above, it is must that we need an unboxing video. Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Please make video while opening the parcel

Video should start ,from showing the address label as it is sent by us right from the outer package...

No replacement or refund will be done without video proof if in case u receive damaged/missing/any kind of issue.Please follow this strictly. Donot argue afterwards

If you have a return request, you will have to raise a query through our support platforms- Call/Website Support Portal etc within 24 hours.
