In case you face a situation as above, it is must that we need an unboxing video. Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

360º opening video must !! otherwise no complaints will be accepted

Please make video while opening the parcel

Video should start ,from showing the address label as it is sent by us right from the outer package...

No replacement or refund will be done without video proof if in case u receive damaged/missing/any kind of issue.Please follow this strictly. Donot argue afterwards
